2024 Results

Past Results

Since 2011, the Atlantic Cup has been the dedicated Class40 doublehanded race in the Americas. Featuring a mixture of stages and distances the race was designed to challenge teams in multiple ways. 

2011 Results

On May 16, 2011, The Atlantic Cup presented by 11th Hour Racing crowned Team Cutlass as it’s first champion.

2012 Results

German team Mare took won the 2012 Atlantic Cup capturing both the first and third legs of the race to claim victory.

2013 Results

After placing 2nd in 2012, Bodacious Dream captured the 2013 Atlantic Cup winning all three legs of the race.

2014 Results

In a tie-breaker #106 Gryphon Solo 2 wins the 2014 Atlantic Cup.

2016 Results

Spanish team #123 Tales II, skippered by Gonzalo Botín and Pablo Santurde, captured the 2016 Atlantic Cup title as they dominated the offshore legs and fared well in the inshore series.

2018 Results

145 – Eärendil wins 2018 Atlantic Cup by 1 point over Toothface

*Due to fog Race 2 was abandoned.  Each boat’s overall score shall be the sum of points earned in both Offshore Legs plus points earned from the Costal Series. Leg points for the coastal series will be awarded by averaging a boats finishing position in the coastal series, using the low point system. The coastal series is therefore equal in score to one offshore leg.
