Teams will be docked at Charleston City Marina all week, come say hello and choose YOUR team. Then on May 10th, join us at the Maritime Center to cheer on the teams as they begin Leg 1 and the 642 nautical mile race to New York City!
Stop by between 9am-5pm to say hello to the skippers and check out the fleet. Choose your favorite team to follow as they race to New York City and finish in Newport! Look for the Atlantic Cup flags to find us.
May 8th: Atlantic Cup Pabst Blue Ribbon Skipper Party
Join us for the Skipper Party at Fuel. Come party with the teams, enjoy live music and celebrate the start of the 4th Atlantic Cup! Pabst Blue Ribbon is sponsoring the race and cold ones will be served all night.
The festivities begins at 7pm, must be 21+ to attend.
May 10th: Official Charleston to New York Race Start
Join us for the official start of the 2014 Atlantic Cup! Grab your friends and get out on the water to watch the start and chase the fleet out of the harbor. The best vantage point from land is the park next to the Maritime Center at the corner of Inspection and Wharfside Streets. Look for the Atlantic Cup flags, which will signal one end of the start line. The gun goes of at 12pm.
